My Way was honestly one of the biggest surprises for me during this round of fragrance testing.
Going into it, I expected it to be a little stronger and more floral than what I usually reach for, so I wasn't sure if it was going to be a favorite.
From the very first spray, it definitely made an impression.
The opening is bold and floral right away, with the orange blossom and tuberose coming through almost immediately.
At first, I'll be honest, it felt stronger than my usual style.
I tend to gravitate toward fresh daytime scents or warmer evening fragrances, so the floral opening initially felt a bit intense.
But this is where the surprise came in for me.
Once it had time to settle on my skin, it softened beautifully.
The vanilla and cedarwood started to come through, and the entire fragrance became much warmer, smoother, and more elegant than that first spray suggested.
This is one of those perfumes that truly gets better with wear.
By the time it dried down, I actually liked it much more than I expected.
It has a polished, feminine feel that makes it perfect for dinner dates, evening plans, special occasions, or any time you want something a little more elevated.
I can absolutely see why this is such a popular fragrance.
Even though it started out a little strong for me, the dry down completely changed my opinion.
That's honestly one of my favorite things about doing these wear tests — sometimes the fragrance surprises you.
One of the best ways I found to make this scent feel softer and last longer was by layering it with lotion.

The EOS pairing gives it a soft cozy warmth, while the almond lotion adds a luxurious skin-scent finish that works beautifully with the vanilla and cedarwood notes.
