My Way was honestly one of the biggest surprises from my fragrance testing lineup.
From the first spray, it definitely came off stronger and more floral than what I usually reach for, so I wasn't immediately sure how I felt about it.
But once it had time to settle on my skin, it softened beautifully.
The orange blossom and tuberose give it that elegant floral opening, while the vanilla and cedarwood underneath create a warmer, smoother finish as it dries down.
That dry-down is really where this perfume won me over.
It became softer, warmer, and much more wearable than I originally expected.
Because this fragrance transforms so much throughout the day, lotion layering works beautifully with it.
The right body lotion helps soften the floral opening while also enhancing the warm vanilla and woody base notes that come through later.
For My Way, I found that soft vanilla and creamy body lotions worked best.

This is the best option if you want to soften the florals even more.
Fresh Cream adds a clean creamy warmth that makes the perfume feel smoother and less intense at the beginning.
For me personally, this was one of my favorite ways to wear it because it really helped balance the stronger opening notes.
These lotion pairings work so well because they help smooth out the floral opening while enhancing the warm, elegant dry-down.
That's one of the things I love most about layering — it lets you customize how a fragrance wears.
For something cozy and warm, EOS is beautiful.
