Lancôme Idôle Peach & Roses was one of the fragrances I was really excited to test because the name alone sounded like something I would naturally love.
I was expecting a fresh, feminine blend with a soft peach sweetness, but on my skin the rose note definitely came through much stronger.
This fragrance has a very polished and elegant floral feel right from the first spray.
The rose is the star here, and while the peach adds a little brightness, it still wears as more of a classic floral perfume.
For me personally, it leaned a little more mature than some of the fresher or warmer fragrances I typically reach for.
That said, it's still a beautiful scent for anyone who loves rose-forward perfumes.
This is the kind of fragrance I could see wearing to brunch, spring events, workdays, or dressier daytime occasions.
Because it leans so floral, lotion layering makes a huge difference in how it wears and how long it lasts.
For this perfume, I found that rose-based and clean creamy lotions worked best.

This is one of the most natural pairings for Idôle Peach & Roses.
