Duet was honestly one of the biggest surprises from my fragrance testing lineup.

From the very first spray, this perfume felt clean, polished, and incredibly easy to wear.

It doesn't lean too floral, too sweet, or too heavy, which is probably why I liked it so much right away.

This is one of those fragrances that feels perfect for everyday wear.

It has that fresh, feminine, effortless vibe that works beautifully for workdays, errands, lunch dates, and even a signature daily scent.

Because this perfume has such a clean and balanced profile, lotion layering works beautifully to either keep it soft and fresh or make it feel a little more elevated and long-lasting.

For Duet, I found that clean cozy lotions and softly woody pairings worked best.

EOS Vanilla Cashmere Body Lotion

This is probably my favorite everyday pairing for Duet.

Vanilla Cashmere keeps the fragrance feeling soft, clean, and wearable while helping it last longer on the skin.

This combination feels perfect for daytime use and keeps that effortless clean-girl fragrance vibe.

If I'm wearing Duet for work or running errands, this is the pairing I reach for first.

L'Occitane Almond Milk Veil

This is the more elevated luxury pairing.

The almond milk lotion gives the perfume a softer skin-scent finish that feels polished and expensive.

I especially love this option when I want Duet to feel a little more refined for dinner, events, or a dressed-up daytime look.

It layers beautifully with the soft feminine nature of the perfume.

Salt & Stone Bergamot & Hinoki

This is the best option if you want Duet to feel a little more modern and elevated.

The bergamot keeps the freshness, while the hinoki adds a soft woody depth that makes the fragrance feel more luxurious.

This pairing is beautiful for evenings or when I want the scent to feel slightly more sophisticated.

These lotion pairings work so well because they enhance the clean, balanced nature of the perfume while helping it hold onto the skin longer.

That's one of the things I love most about layering — you can customize how the scent wears depending on the mood or time of day.

For an everyday fresh feel, EOS is perfect.

For something more elevated, the almond and Salt & Stone options are gorgeous.
